職責描述:
1、建立客戶檔案、管理客戶合同;
2、接受客戶訂單、跟進客戶出貨、發票、收款工作;
3、分析客戶銷售數據,管控庫存;
4、出具銷售月報,計算營銷人員績效工資;
5、處理客訴;
任職要求:
1、本科以上學歷,3年以上相關工作經驗;
2、熟悉掌握word、EX、金蝶等相關軟件;
3、獨立完成PPT設計制作;
4、具備團隊合作意識和責任心,溝通協調能力及執行力強;
5、熟練掌握英語口語和文字溝通能力;
薪金:5000-7000
Job description:
1.Implement S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process including collect and analyze data, conduct reporting system, communicate with related departments to define sales/supply plan.
2.Customer relationship management including customer profile, service fulfillment, customer evaluation.
3.Manage customer orders including order creation, delivery plan, delivery, payment, and VAT invoice, after-sale complaint.
4.Sales performance review and KPI calculation.
Requirements:
1.University degree, major in trading or logistics is preferred.
2.At least two years working experience in related functions, experience in S&OP is preferred.
3.Good at excel, ppt, word, experience with Kingdee, SAP or other ERP is preferred.
4.Have good sense in data analysis.
5.Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, be responsible and careful.
6.Can work independently and under pressure.
7.Fluent English in writing and speaking, can understand Cantonese.
